Fr. Lasance New Roman Missal

My fiancé, Tim, gave me this gorgeous missal for my birthday. It’s a reprint of the 1945 TLM missal, by Rev. F. X. Lasance and Rev. Francis Augustine Walsh, O.S.B. It includes the ordinary and propers of the Mass, a liturgical calendar, various devotions, feast days/lives of the Saints, glossary of liturgical terms, tells you when to stand, sit, and kneel at high and low Mass, and detailed instructions regarding the use of the missal. The binding is sewn, with a black leatherette cover and gold lettering, and has six ribbon bookmarks. The illustrations and explanations inside are incredible, I find them very useful. I love the antique font, and the gilt edges add a beautiful touch to this missal. This is something I’ll treasure for many years.
